Job Overview
As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will have the opportunity to communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, sharing information about CBN and its affiliated ministries, and encouraging financial support. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and connect with established and prospective CBN partners through ministering prayer using accepted biblical doctrine
 - Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries with callers
 - Encourage financial support for CBN and its ministries
 - Provide excellent customer service to callers, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner
 - Work in a structured, fast-paced environment, and adapt quickly to change
 - Maintain a distraction-free home office environment and ensure consistent access to a high-speed cable or fiber internet router
 - Use computer skills, including Windows-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, and email programs, to navigate multiple applications and learn new software
 
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a contact center agent or similar customer service-related work
 - Excellent ability to effectively interact with callers and consistently perform contact center processes
 - Knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers
 - Strong listening skills with ability to verbally empathize with others
 - Fluent English language skills with ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, including proper use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling
 - Strong reading comprehension skills with excellent ability to sound genuine and authentic while reading from a script
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
 - Experience working in a nonprofit or ministry environment
 - Strong understanding of CBN's mission and purpose
 - Ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a team
 - Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet performance metrics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
