Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with healthcare call center experience being highly preferred.
- A strong and diverse skill set, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable, high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
- Flexibility to work during our hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm EST, with a commitment to a 40-hour workweek.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are a plus.
