Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Concierge Professional at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, acting as an ambassador and delivering superior service to our Card Members visiting our premium lounges. You will be responsible for creating innovative ways to resolve customer issues, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and tailoring our products and services to meet the unique needs of our Card Members. Your goal will be to make our Membership come to life every day, providing differentiated products and services that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
  • Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving issues and concerns in a proactive and professional manner
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, delivering exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to exceed customer expectations
  • Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a cohesive and fast-paced team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service and support

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, when unanticipated situations may arise, putting the Card Members' experience at the forefront of everything you do
  • Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment, with the ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease
