As a Remote DevOps Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of technology and driving business success. **Job Summary** We're looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong technical background to join our team. As a Remote DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based DevOps solutions across Azure and AWS platforms. You'll work closely with our team to streamline DevOps practices, automate technical operations, and ensure seamless integration with our clients' systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement cloud-based DevOps solutions across Azure and AWS platforms * Streamline DevOps practices and automate technical operations using the right tools and techniques * Review technical operations and identify areas for improvement * Collaborate with the team to develop and implement CI/CD pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments * Implement monitoring and log management tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk * Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Ansible * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience * 5+ years of industry experience in multinational companies, including 2 years as a DevOps Engineer in Linux/Windows environments * Advanced knowledge of source control technologies like Git, GitHub * Hands-on experience in container orchestration technologies, e.g. Kubernetes, including cluster/node management, creating resources with YAML, creating/managing pods, replica/Dameon sets, services, volumes * Hands-on experience in infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform * Solid experience in using configuration management tools like Ansible, including ad-hoc commands, create/manage inventory files, create/run playbooks, variables/templating * Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps (preferably), AWS CodePipeline * Hands-on experience in using monitoring and log management tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk **Preferred Qualifications** * AWS experience * Familiarity with agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and estimation **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud-based DevOps solutions * Excellent leadership and mentorship skills * Ability to streamline DevOps practices and automate technical operations * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Remote DevOps Engineer at Insight Global, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work on high-profile projects with Fortune 500 clients * Collaborate with a dynamic team of experts in the field * Develop and implement cutting-edge cloud-based DevOps solutions * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices * Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Remote DevOps Engineer, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a work-life balance.
