Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and multilingual French English Ecommerce Representative to join our team on a remote work-from-home basis, with the option to work from our remote office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through your expertise and knowledge of e-commerce and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in French and English, both in-person and over the phone
  • Resolve complex customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in e-commerce and customer service
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or e-commerce
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications, such as CRM systems and e-commerce platforms
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment, including a laptop or PC, headphones, and a high-quality webcam

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento
