Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering data-driven insights that drive business success. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations that inform our clients' business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- 30% Data Analysis and Reporting: Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, including data extraction, cleaning, and visualization, to provide insights that inform business decisions.
- 20% Data Science and Insights: Use data analysis tools and techniques to develop new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- 20% Quality Assurance and Process Improvement: Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to process improvement.
- 10% Communication and Storytelling: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, focusing on how the data insights fit into the overall business strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and business acumen. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: In a quantitative field such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of Experience: In data analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, or a related field.
- SQL and Database Management: Experience with SQL Server, Teradata, or similar database management systems.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: In a quantitative field such as software engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of Experience: In data analysis, data mining, statistical analysis, or a related field.
