Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations, including customer service, policy retention, new business sales, quoting, comparing, and rating various carriers.

Requirements

  • Must have a Property & Casualty Insurance License and prior experience working for an Independent Insurance Agency in Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines Insurance.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
