**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – Clinical Trials and RWE Researcher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data analysis and machine learning models to support clinical trials and RWE research initiatives. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines, perform data mining and statistical analysis, and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design and implement advanced data analysis and machine learning models to support clinical trials and RWE research initiatives
* Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data processing
* Perform data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in large datasets
* Create actionable insights to inform business decisions and support clinical trials and RWE research initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning
* Participate in the development of new data science and machine learning tools and technologies
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computational field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
* At least 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Strong programming skills in R, Python, or SQL
* Experience with data mining and statistical analysis, including regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis
* Familiarity with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative or computational field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
* Experience with clinical trials and RWE research, including data analysis and statistical modeling
* Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-9/10, Read Code)
* Experience with regulatory compliance and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines
* Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques
* Experience with data visualization and communication tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, D3.js)
