About the Job
This is a full-time, remote job opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $24 per hour. As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying cloud-based infrastructure to support our business portfolio or framework stage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the health, flexibility, availability, and efficiency of our infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Adding to the examination of business, application, and technical foundation requirements.
 - Supporting the plan, build, development, and integration of infrastructure required to support the business portfolio or framework stage.
 - Supporting drives that deliver functional end-to-end system solutions that meet Innovation standards.
 - Planning, assigning, and overseeing the effective utilization of Functional Support assets for the duration of the development life cycle, across multiple development teams.
 - Overseeing break/fix, incident, and issue activities across the team.
 - Overseeing Architects as well as Execution Examiners in the local market group.
 - Screening, controlling, and reporting Functional Support consumption throughout the development life cycle.
 - Being the primary point of contact for business/development teams or vendors needing support in resolving issues.
 - Coordinating Activities assets in the prevention/anticipation of issues where necessary. Prevention includes ensuring the proper performance monitors are set up for critical applications.
 - Implementing production validation practices.
 - Working with the utilization of technical skilled authority ability to advance the design of technical solutions/upgrades.
 - Aiding quality evaluations by supporting quality rating metrics on key changes.
 - Adding to the development of strategies and techniques for the creation and management support capability.
 - Delivering ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) compliance process conformance for incident, issue, and change management.
 
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying cloud-based infrastructure.
 - Experience with the design and execution of centralized server and distributed applications.
 - 2+ years of experience with centralized server infrastructure, hardware, and operating systems.
 - 2+ years of experience in checking issues, change, and incident lines, authorizing compliance with ability, root cause analysis, and change quality targets.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Past work experience in a project or support role.
