**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Responsibilities**
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Answer inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify the healthcare experience
* Develop strong relationships with plan members, listening to their concerns and providing empathetic support
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence when interacting with customers
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90
