Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our esteemed team based in Wexford, PA. Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guiding fertility patients throughout their journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with clinical care and offering counseling to fertility patients and their families
  • Providing education on procedures and ensuring clear communication of physician orders and instructions
  • Educating patients both before and after procedures to ensure they feel informed and supported
  • Creating a compassionate atmosphere by delivering emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
  • Working autonomously while contributing to the achievement of program goals

Required Skills
