We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping to generate leads for our automotive dealer clients. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries
* Providing detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and updates
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, we require:
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a preference for gaming experience
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
