Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team for a 3-week assignment starting on or around November 21st. As a key member of our remote customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inbound calls, processing orders, and handling customer service needs with competitive pay and flexible scheduling. About the Role
As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice our customers hear when they place their orders. Your role will involve:
- Answering continuous inbound phone calls
- Taking and entering customer orders into the system
- Escalating any additional customer service needs

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Competitive pay starting at $14.00 per hour plus upsell commission
- Shift premium of $0.50 per hour for hours worked after 4:30 PM
- Flexible scheduling: Choose your own days and hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to meet the required 30+ hours of weekly availability
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Live in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- Have a reliable computer with a current and supported MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System (No Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP)
- Have a dedicated high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10.0 MBPS and upload speed of 5.0 MBPS
- Have a wired USB headset and a webcam (recommended but not required)
- Be available to work 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, with time off on Thanksgiving and the following Friday
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
