This position offers a rare blend of autonomy, accountability, and mentorship—allowing you to build a rewarding career while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a core member of our client‑facing team, you will be entrusted with the full lifecycle of travel planning and execution. Your day‑to‑day duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized Journey Design: Conduct in‑depth consultations with clients to uncover travel motivations, budget constraints, and lifestyle preferences, then craft tailor‑made itineraries that align perfectly with their vision.
  • End‑to‑End Booking Management: Secure flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and special experiences through our network of trusted suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing, availability, and quality.
  • Proactive Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact before, during, and after travel, offering real‑time assistance, itinerary updates, and troubleshooting for any unexpected issues.
  • Industry Insight & Advisory: Stay ahead of emerging travel trends, destination regulations, health and safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Crisis Management: Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, or health concerns, coordinating with suppliers to secure alternative arrangements.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Partner with fellow consultants, technology specialists, and supplier relationship managers to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by converting inquiries into bookings, upselling ancillary services, and cultivating repeat business.
  • Data‑Driven Reporting: Track key performance metrics, client satisfaction scores, and revenue trends, feeding insights back into the team for strategic optimization.

Essential Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who embody the spirit of hospitality, curiosity, and professionalism. The following qualifications are required to succeed in this role:

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to convey complex information in a clear, friendly manner.
  • Self‑motivation and disciplined time‑management skills to thrive in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with online booking platforms or GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) – training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and handle occasional urgent requests outside regular business hours.
  • High‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace that meets our remote‑work standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

While not mandatory, the following experiences and attributes will give you a competitive edge:

  • Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, or related service industries.
  • Knowledge of corporate travel policies, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) planning, or luxury travel segments.
  • Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin) to serve a broader international clientele.
  • Certification in travel & tourism (e.g., IATA, CLIA) or a degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools.
  • Passion for sustainable travel, including knowledge of eco‑friendly accommodations and carbon‑offset programs.
