Our company culture is built on the values of collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning. **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status * Providing exceptional customer service and support to delivery professionals * Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support processes **Experience and Qualifications** * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required) * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision * Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
