Role Description As the Medical Records Clerk / Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for our athletes, as well as performing data entry tasks to support our operations. • Maintain and update medical records for all athletes, including injury history, treatment plans, and progress reports • Ensure all medical records are organized, accurate, and up-to-date • Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical information and records • Enter data into our electronic medical records system accurately and efficiently • Assist with data entry tasks for various departments, including finance, marketing, and operations • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive medical information • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred • 1-2 years of experience in medical records management or data entry • Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Company Description Evolution Sports Group is a leading sports management company based in New York City.
