Key Responsibilities
- Collect information and capture data promptly to ensure our business's databases are current and accurately reflect developments, updates, and transactions
- Perform data entry in EMR and other relevant systems
- Prepare information for data entry and provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
- Perform high-volume data entry work and maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques
- Review and verify data prior to entry and perform daily audits and data entry corrections
- Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching, data entry, and verification duties
- Train new data entry employees on computer systems and establish data entry requirements for each client
- Ensure timely data entry and file management and perform routine clerical and data entry functions
- Delete data entry errors and enter corrections and maintain accurate records
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations
