Job Overview

We are hiring 20 remote healthcare customer service representatives to work from the comfort of their own homes in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS. As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service that extends courtesy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members and providers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and information
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, taking 75+ calls per day
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent, with healthcare call center experience preferred. You must also be available to work during our hours of operation, which are Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm EST. Additionally, you will need to have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent
  • Healthcare call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
  • Availability to work during hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm EST)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment

Compensation and Benefits
