Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. Your primary objective will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, while cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to meet our clients' needs.
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, ensuring that all recommendations are tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to potential clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, ensuring that all interactions are handled with a customer-centric approach.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized solutions and recommendations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service and support. You will also need to have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers through various communication channels.
