Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting customers online, in person, and over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and it's your job to make sure they feel welcome, supported, and valued. You will work with our team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals, and you will be expected to provide accurate and timely assistance to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers online, in person, and over the phone, providing world-class customer service and support
  • Welcome customers and work to provide the best customer experience possible
  • Accurately assist customers with loan applications from start to finish
  • Work with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Answer any and all customer questions, providing timely and accurate support
  • Use blithequark's best practices to provide consistent and amazing customer service
  • Work with money, including reconciling cash drawers accurately
  • Listen and build relationships with customers and teammates
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Complete other responsibilities assigned by management

What We're Looking For

We're looking for talented and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in phone customer service, we want to hear from you. You should be dedicated to helping others, and have experience in a service-related field, with cash handling experience preferred. You must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged, and you must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to a variety of locations to meet staffing demands.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Phone customer service experience preferred
  • Dedication to helping others
  • Experience in service-related field (cash handling experience preferred)
  • Must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to a variety of locations
  • Understand the demands of working in a retail environment
  • Excellent sales skills focused on growing the company
  • Must be observant and have great judgment
  • Stay coachable and open to feedback and development
  • Computer proficiency required

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a hourly rate of $16-$24 per hour, a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment, and a range of benefits, including:

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Working with a computer screen that is quickly changing and flashing the user to be alert of specific information
  • Standing, stooping, bending, and reaching overhead for up to 12 hours with little rest, except for unpaid meal break
  • Working all shifts, days, evenings, nights, and weekends
