Key Responsibilities
- Meet with new, existing, and potential customers via telephone or in one of our retail stores, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all blithequark products and services to effectively recommend tailored solutions to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
- Perform customer verifications, including credit checks for new customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
- Initiate service orders for new and existing customers, efficiently managing the activation and upgrade process.
