About the Role

As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of selling coaching programs. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve this objective. Your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms
  • Follow up with leads to build relationships and close sales
  • Grow organic accounts through engaging content and strategic planning

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Advanced or native English skills (C1-C2 level)
  • A stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months)
  • Confidence in your English skills and a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
  • Hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses
  • Average performance level: $600-$1,200/month
  • Good performance level: $1,200-$2,000/month
  • Excellent performance level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
  • No limit on commissions
