Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a well-respected national non-profit organization, representing a diverse range of products and services. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and issues through various channels, including phone, email, SMS, chat, and social media. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent blithequark's client, a respected national non-profit organization, with expertise, positivity, and a can-do attitude, providing information on products and services, membership accounts, and loyalty programs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through multiple channels, with a focus on phone communication, addressing questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer questions about membership accounts, products, and services, as well as provide troubleshooting and website assistance, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist members with an online tool, providing education and decision support to better prepare consumers for future enrollments, and help them navigate the website and its features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, taking ownership of problems, and exceeding expectations with sound judgment, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions.
  • Share insights on emerging customer trends and recommend process improvements, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service operations and the development of new strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Attend training and participate in cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest products, services, and industry trends, and expanding your expertise to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, average handle time, quality, and productivity, consistently delivering high-quality results and striving for excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience working with a customer service ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Talkdesk) is desired, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Previous remote work experience, with a strong ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote setting.
