Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes in the US. This is a unique opportunity to work weekends only, with a start time of either 2 PM or 5 PM EST. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients and customers, utilizing your excellent communication skills to deliver top-notch service and create lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via inbound phone calls, emails, live chats, or other means as needed, ensuring timely and friendly responses.
  • Exceed daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, while maintaining accurate records and data entry.
  • Record detailed notes of customer communication, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain real-time communication, keeping inventory volumes current and collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible.
  • Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A clear and articulate telephone voice, without major background noise or distractions.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads effectively.
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering consistently excellent work performance.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce, data entry, and word processing.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with at least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of success in a home-based setting.
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
