Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, addressing their concerns, and providing them with the necessary support and guidance to navigate their treatment journey. Typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, requiring you to be knowledgeable, empathetic, and proactive in resolving patient queries on the first call.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from patients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and provide guidance on treatment options
- Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and provide accurate information to patients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. You should also have strong computer skills, a passion for helping others, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL, and be available to work overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST.
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 6+ months of high call center experience, working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive pay range for this role, with a minimum salary of $17.02 and a maximum salary of $27.16.
