**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate – Remote Data Entry Position, you will be responsible for:
* Registering customer transactions on assigned sales register, providing courteous, efficient, and professional checkout service
* Assisting customers with purchases, suggesting products, and promoting exchange and companion items
* Processing voids, returns, delays, discounts, and trades as necessary
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including counters, shelves, and stock areas
* Performing tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data
* Reporting remedy errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program
* Handling calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist, including those to doctors
* Processing manual claims for external program prescription services in a timely and efficient manner
* Supporting the Pharmacy Division on stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
* Maintaining knowledge of blithequark's resource security methods and recording claims for distribution center overages, deficiencies, order errors, or damaged products, including Rx medications
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours
* Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* At least six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with blithequark
* Strong numerical skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
* Proficiency in computer skills
* Knowledge of store stock control
* PTCB certification
