As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our customer service experience, leveraging your creativity, empathy, and problem-solving skills to craft personalized solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by: * Supporting customers via email and live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Utilizing internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments * Identifying trends and pain points, and developing innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience **Who You Are:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You're a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box, a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and style to suit your audience, and a highly organized and attentive individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need to: * Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program via Google Meet video calls * Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (e.g., home office) to fulfill your shifts * Work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit:** While not required, experience in customer service and working from home are highly valued. **About Us:** At blithequark, we're driven by a mission to inspire and impact the world with vision, purpose, and style.
