**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members or service partners

* Troubleshoot simple usability issues and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
* Collaborate with coaches and senior team members to process requests, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, systems, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Basic computer skills, with experience using software applications and systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* P&C License (strongly preferred, but not required)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
