**Manager, Customer Insights Retail Media Network – Mooresville, NC (SSC)**

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights, developing strategic learning plans, and leading Quarterly Business Review Processes with top clients.
**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the blithequark Retail Media Network, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to develop media strategies that drive business growth, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and elevate client understanding of the blithequark customer. Your expertise in media performance reporting, data visualization, and insights will be invaluable in helping clients make informed decisions and drive business results.
**What You Will Do**
As a Manager of Customer Insights, your responsibilities will include:
* Creating annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported
* Leading Quarterly Business Review Processes with top clients
* Serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting for both internal partners within blithequark Retail Media Network and across the blithequark enterprise, and external clients and agencies
* Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at blithequark
* Regularly delivering these recommendations to both internal leadership (VP+) as well as external vendor-partners of all levels
* Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
* Telling data stories that support other key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies
* Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams (e.g. sales and account management)
* Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to blithequark Retail Media Network Insights team and the whole of the blithequark retail media business, especially in key forums with leadership, to highlight the state of the blithequark customer
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
* 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics
* Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
* Experience with A/B testing
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* A Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Masters in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
* Experience leading teams and proven business impact
* Experience managing global teams
* Experience working in a retail environment
* Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary range for this role is $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. blithequark offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
