You'll work closely with our team to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Your expertise in data entry, business development, and operations will be essential in helping us achieve our goals and exceed our customers' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a subject matter expert for corporate travel management organizations at blithequark, utilizing your analytical skills to drive business growth and revenue. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * With minimal supervision, exercise extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements with the goal of achieving the highest possible margin and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer agreements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Build and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for blithequark. * Develop marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with sales management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue per the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum income and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for blithequark. * Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure blithequark is strategically positioned among its competitors and leverages its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + 4-year degree, or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like Sabre and Amadeus. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with various teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's designed to help you grow and succeed.
