**Job Description**
As a Blended Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats for multiple clients, utilizing our guided process and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to log and document each interaction. Your primary objective will be to gather and verify customer information, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers. You will be expected to:
* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
* Utilize our CRM system to log and document each interaction, ensuring accurate and timely updates
* Gather and verify customer information, using your exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Resolve issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and technical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems

**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
* **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
* **High Call Volume Environment**: Experience working in a high-volume call center environment, with a proven track record of handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* **Excellent Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* **Conflict Resolution**: Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations effectively
* **Technical Abilities**: Ability to navigate multiple systems, install/uninstall programs, and troubleshoot your own equipment
* **Availability**: Must be available to train on weekdays, with open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* **Previous Call Center Experience**: Experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* **Remote Work Experience**: Previous experience working remotely, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with remote work

**Job Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must:
* **Training Availability**: Be available to train on weekdays, with training taking place during daytime hours (approximately 6 am-4:30 pm PST)
* **Availability**: Have open availability 24/7 to work shifts within our company's hours of operation
* **Quiet Workspace**: Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a locked door to prevent background noise
* **Technical Requirements**: Meet our technical requirements, including a desktop Windows computer, high-quality USB headset, and minimum internet speeds of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload

**Pay and Benefits**
