**Experienced Customer Service Representative (Chat) – Vision Care Industry Pioneer**

**Join Our Team**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Chat) to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through live chat and email. If you're a self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
**The Details**
* **Start Date:** February 19, 2024
* **Training:** Three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM MST. The fourth week will be your regular schedule, with training and post-training work performed remotely.
* **Full Time or Part Time positions:** We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your needs.
* **Starting base pay:** $15.00 per hour
* **Shift:** Between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week
**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative (Chat), you'll be responsible for:
* Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
* Replying to incoming emails from customers
* Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
* Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase
* Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience
* Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
* Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep the customer and company in mind
