**The Role**
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and clients on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for:
* Working directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships
* Generating sales leads and creating potential business opportunities for the company
* Attending regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and offerings
* Adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure full compliance with our clients' standards
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and handling confidential customer information
* Troubleshooting problems and empathizing with customers to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Customer Service:
+ Work directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences
+ Forge long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

* Administrative:
+ Attend regular training sessions for our Customer Service Representatives

+ Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and handle confidential customer information
* Problem-Solving:
+ Troubleshoot problems and empathize with customers to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
**Qualifications:**
* Proven customer service or retail sales experience is preferred
* A high school diploma or GED
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to adapt and work alongside different characters, including customers and team members
