**Key Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services

* Assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing them with a personalized and hassle-free experience

**Required Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

**Qualifications**
While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, we do require:
* A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* The ability to pass a background check
* Previous experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is preferred, but not mandatory
* Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; experience in gaming can be beneficial
