We're seeking two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team, working in a remote/online environment. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing support tickets, and collaborating with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support operations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers via phone, email, and chat support
* Manage support tickets and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled efficiently
* Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Contribute to the growth and success of blithequark by providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
* Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner, with a native U.S. English speaker
* Ability to work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless support operations
* Self-motivated and independent, with minimal supervision required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or online environment
* Familiarity with modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
* Experience working in a team environment and contributing to team goals
* Basic knowledge of computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
