Job Description: GSR Group is seeking a Technical Medical Writer / Biostatistician to join our expanding research and communications team. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with exceptional scientific writing skills to produce high-quality manuscripts, reports, and technical deliverables. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives at the intersection of data science and medical communication. Key Responsibilities: Perform biostatistical analyses to support clinical, epidemiological, and public health research projects. Develop, write, and edit scientific manuscripts, technical reports, and regulatory or grant-related documents. Translate complex data and statistical outcomes into clear, concise, and engaging written content. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of researchers, clinicians, and subject matter experts. Ensure all written materials adhere to scientific accuracy, ethical standards, and publication guidelines. Contribute to data visualization, study design, and evidence synthesis activities as needed. Qualifications: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in medical writing, biostatistics, or scientific research. Strong proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata) and experience analyzing complex datasets. Demonstrated ability to write and edit scientific materials for publication or grant submission. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. Familiarity with GCP, ICMJE, and publication ethics standards preferred.
