About the Role


As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their needs. Key Responsibilities



  • Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer at blithequark

  • Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and provide personalized support

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible protection for their family

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed

  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients

  • Provide responsive and effective customer service, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits in a timely and professional manner

  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, performing any necessary updates on schedule to maintain the highest level of service

Essential Qualifications
