Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service experiences to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and empowering them to achieve better overall wellness. Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring that our customers receive comprehensive support and guidance.
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor, and ensuring that every interaction is personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, providing clear and concise information, and ensuring that our customers are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring that they can easily access the information and services they need, and resolving any technical issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, customer service, communications) preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service experiences, and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify solutions to complex problems, and to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
