Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Demonstrate active listening skills, ask clarifying questions, and provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses to customer concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions, maintain detailed records, and perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering outstanding customer experiences
