About the Role: Full-Time and Part-Time Remote Opportunities

Please note that while the position is mostly remote, you will be required to attend three days of on-site training and occasional meetings at our office, located within a 50-mile radius of 3300 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Demonstrate active listening skills, ask clarifying questions, and provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses to customer concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions, maintain detailed records, and perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering outstanding customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:
