Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to our customers and employees to verify that they are meeting their job requirements and providing excellent service
  • Prepare and submit reports to your supervisor, detailing the outcomes of your calls and any issues that may have arisen
  • Utilize your excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and operations, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and employees
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our quality control objectives and continuously improve our processes and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Highly motivated and self-starting, with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent phone, computer, and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems
  • Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and explain clearly and concisely
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access
  • Experience with Email Mail Merge and other software applications is helpful, but not necessary
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving our quality control objectives
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
