Job Overview
As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of the company, providing top-notch customer service to both external and internal customers. - Process daily checks, equipment service tickets, and walk-in sales with precision.
- Manage mail and fax communications, preparing outgoing mail and ensuring timely distribution.
- Balancing the cash box for front office invoices and processing purchase orders and dunnages for operations.
- Dispatch orders for warehouses company-wide and order office supplies, business cards, and uniforms as needed.
- Prepare donations according to procedure and perform administrative tasks for other departments.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and others in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules, promoting a safe and secure work environment.
Essential Qualifications

Work Environment and Company Culture

Working hours vary between 6 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break and 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.
