Primary Responsibilities & Expectations

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with questions and concerns about our products and services
  • Providing accurate and timely customer service via phone and email
  • Handling complex escalated inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing our customer service tools, including Hubspot, Aircall, and FMG Suite's Advisor Admin, to resolve client issues and maintain detailed records of interactions
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences and providing feedback to management on client satisfaction and product improvements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with our products, services, and industry trends
  • Maintaining a private and secure workspace, adhering to our data security and confidentiality policies

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client issues and a willingness to think critically and creatively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
