Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, responding to a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing accurate and helpful information regarding blithequark's products, services, and policies
  • Determine member needs and provide appropriate solutions, including answering general product questions, researching complex situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries, and offering compensations as necessary
  • Operate as the liaison between customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to resolve issues efficiently
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats, demonstrating proficiency in technology and multitasking
  • Employ problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve order/product/delivery issues, taking ownership of problems and providing timely resolutions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that align with our requirements. These include:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, with a strong foundation in customer service, computer literacy, and professional business writing
  • Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of a 14-day training course, which will be provided by blithequark
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
  • Proficiency with typing (Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) and excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off, with a strong commitment to adaptability and reliability
