About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
• Collaborate with colleagues and other department leaders to provide innovative technical solutions that enable business capabilities
• Participate in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies
• Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment
• Establish containers and Serverless platform with cloud infrastructure
• Provide technical guidance and direction to the team and guide them in resolving questions/issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience
• 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies
• 2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS
• Working knowledge of common AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, SNS, etc.
• General familiarity with other AWS technologies
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA
• Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will assist you in standing out from the crowd:

• AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar
• Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar
• Excellent knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows
