The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers.   • Proactively identify potential order issues, think critically, and develop creative solutions to problems.
  • Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
  • Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, navigating order queues, and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
  • Manage in-bound seller calls, monitor open and pending orders, and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

  • Navigate order queues and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.

First 90 Days

  • Play an active role in continued learning to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
