About the Role
As a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a diverse team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English)
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers, as applicable, to enhance their overall experience
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

- Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher
- A high-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
