Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing a range of platforms and tools to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective data organization. As a Virtual Customer Service Lead at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Google Drive, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and custom-built backend sites. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new technologies quickly will enable you to provide top-notch support to our customers and drive success for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Drive and Docs to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
 - Utilize Helpscout to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
 - Organize and manage data within Kajabi (or similar CRM platform), ensuring seamless integration with other tools and systems
 - Configure and manage Zapier to automate workflows and enhance productivity
 - Learn and manage a custom-built backend site for our App, with training provided by the client
 - Oversee Apple Connect and Google Play Console, focusing on App store management and optimization
 - Coordinate Test Flight (App testing) to ensure high-quality customer experiences
 
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in project management and/or customer service leadership, with a proven track record of success
 - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Drive, Helpscout, Kajabi, Zapier, and other relevant tools
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner
 - Self-motivation and discipline, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
 - Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
 - Residence in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working as a virtual assistant or in a remote customer service role
 - Familiarity with custom-built backend sites and App store management
 - Experience with project management tools and software
