As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for data entry, scrubbing, denials, and rejections, working closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our medical billing processes. If you have a strong background in medical billing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As an Eclinical Works Medical Billing Team Member, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our Eclinical Works system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. * Scrubbing: Review and correct patient data to ensure that it is accurate and complete, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors. * Denials and Rejections: Investigate and resolve denials and rejections, working closely with our team to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. * Communication: Communicate effectively with insurance providers, patients, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all queries are resolved promptly. * Coding: Accurately and efficiently code patient data, ensuring that all coding is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. * Software Knowledge: Utilize Eclinical Works, Medisoft, and Practice Fusion software to perform data entry, scrubbing, and other tasks, ensuring that all software is used efficiently and effectively. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in medical billing, preferably with a focus on data entry, scrubbing, denials, and rejections. * Strong knowledge of Eclinical Works software, including data entry, scrubbing, and coding. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous learning. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * 2+ years of experience in medical billing, preferably with a focus on data entry, scrubbing, denials, and rejections. * Strong knowledge of Medisoft and Practice Fusion software, including data entry, scrubbing, and coding. * Certification in medical billing, such as CPC or CMC. * Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and time management. **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous learning. * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge, with a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits available.
