**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, working in our inbound call center in overnight shifts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing timely and empathetic support to resolve their questions and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, resolving issues related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients
* Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Compensation and Benefits**
