We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers through online conversations, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Provide accurate information about the products and services via online chat: Stay up-to-date on our evolving products and services, and provide customers with accurate information to meet their needs.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments: Assist customers in scheduling appointments with our clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both parties.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review: Collect and record customer contact information to help our clients generate leads and review customer interactions.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review: Provide a summary of customer interactions to help our clients understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services: Stay informed about our products and services, and contribute to the development of our knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry: While not necessary, previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills: You should be comfortable using computers and have basic internet skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential in this role.
  • Positive and professional demeanor: A positive and professional attitude is crucial in providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong communication skills are necessary for effective customer interaction and collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment: You should be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

  • Able to attend 4 weeks of training: You will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST.
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry: While not necessary, previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills: You should be comfortable using computers and have basic internet skills.
